SPEC OIL is made from Group 1, 11 and 111 virgin base oils where Group 11 and 111 contains significantly lower levels of impurities (less than 10% aromatics and less than 300 PPM) Sulphur where a normal group 1 base oil is the opposite.

They are made with a carefully balanced blend of mineral and synthetic base oils, blended with high performance additive packs to ensure they meet the most demanding requirements for modern engines.

From a performance standpoint it means that the base oil and the additives in the finished product can last longer. More specifically, the oil is more inert and form fewer oxidation by-products that increase oil viscosity and deplete additives.
